What is your Return Policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business .

30 days, no questions asked. Not bad, huh? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it no questions asked!

Our goal is to find the right shoe for you and that can be challenging at times, but we want to take that journey with you.

Between 30 and 60 days; Customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us.  If the shoes are still unworn then we should be able to consider a replacement credit for you on a case-by-case basis. Still trying our best to be helpful in this situation. We appreciate your business.
