If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it no questions asked!

Our goal is to find the right shoe for you and that can be challenging at times but we want to take that journey with you.

Between 30 and 60 days; Customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us. If the shoes are still unworn then we should be able to consider a replacement credit or exchange on a case by case basis. Still trying our best to be helpful in this situation.

RETURNS

  1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days receiving your return.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

ON SALE ITEMS all Sales are FINAL = Not Returnable.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. We clearly indicate an item is final sale with a visual "Final Sale" icons throughout the shopping experience.

You will receive step-by-step instructions to process your return and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Customers in the United States are eligible for free return shipping. We'll provide you with a pre-paid USPS (United States Postal Service) return label to make return shipping a snap.

Important:
Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund in a timely manner, please do not include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. If you include more or less items than shown on your return packing slip, then your return & refund process may be delayed.
Only ship back your return(s) using our pre-paid USPS (United States Postal Service) return label. We cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs if you choose not to use our pre-paid return label.
